A reliable source — namely, William Friedkin’s Twitter thing — indicates that a new print of Sorcerer will be shown at the Deauville Festival Of American Film as part of a tribute to the director, September 1-3.
Mr. Friedkin will give a Master Class on the 2nd, open to all festival-goers. Suddenly, I feel like going to France.
